What to Expect in Therapy
Initial Consultation: We’ll talk for a few minutes to mutually determine if we are a good fit to work together.
First Session: We’ll talk about your goals and what you’d like to change.
Ongoing Sessions: We’ll explore patterns, process emotions, and develop new skills.
Results: Progress happens over time, and meaningful change is possible!

Session Information
Online Sessions: all sessions are online via secure telehealth.
Rates & Insurance: I am paneled with Sentara & Tricare Select; Private pay rate, with Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement.
Availability: sessions are generally Tuesdays & Thursdays, with limited openings; waitlist available if at capacity
